What payment options are available from BMT Micro?

 

For your convenience, BMT Micro accepts the following methods of payment:

We accept most major credit cards. For your order to ship without delay, you must give the billing address and ZIP or postal code that your credit card statement is mailed to. We will not ship to a different address unless we have a faxed signature and can verify the "Ship to" address by phone. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to an address other than the credit card statement mailing address.

  • Personal checks are welcome, but please allow up to two weeks for your check to clear the bank. All checks must be drawn on US banks and are subject to approval.

Make all checks payable to BMT MICRO and write FOR DEPOSIT ONLY on the reverse side of the check for your protection. In the lower-left edge of your check, please write in the name of the program you are registering. Please be sure US Checks are in US Dollars. Banks cannot clear checks in currency other than their own. Handwriting US Dollars on a foreign check will void the value of the check and we will have to return the check for replacement.

 


 

Cash

 

We gladly accept US Dollar currency in any amount. Check here for the current exchange rate http://www.xe.com/ucc/.

We do not recommend sending cash or currency in the mail. If you do choose this method, we will be responsible only if the letter, containing your order form and cash, requires a signature upon receipt by a BMT Micro employee.

 

Special Information for our German Customers
Any program we distribute can also be purchased by depositing the registration fee into our account with CommerzBank. Please fill out our off-line order form and mail or fax it to us before depositing funds into account.

When purchasing a product via transfer into our Commerzbank account, it is imperative that you submit an order form for the product you are purchasing. In the form's credit card field, type Commerzbank. We will enter the order into our system, and will fulfill your order, as soon as your transfer appears in our account. Remember, without an order form on file, we have no way of knowing who you are or what you purchased.

 


 

Shipping Options


Electronic Delivery

 

Electronic delivery of full version files, unlock codes, and activation numbers is done at no charge. Many products are delivered instantly, directly in your browser, after completed purchase. Electronic Delivery products that are not set up for instant delivery are delivered via email.

 

U.S. Postal Service

 

Orders are shipped by First Class U.S. Mail anywhere in the world free of charge unless otherwise noted in the order form of the program you are purchasing. Some products are not available for USPS delivery and must be sent by FedEx or Airborne for tracking purposes.

 

The following prices for First Class Mail and various express courier services are rough guidelines and are always superceded by the shipping price of an individual product as listed on the order form. Multiple product orders that require shipping may have shipping prices higher or lower than the sum total of the individual shipping prices.

 

Priority Mail is $6 USD
Global Priority (where available) is $20 USD
Overnight (Fedex) is $25.00
International Fedex is $45.00*
International Express thru the USPS is $35 USD*
First class mail is $5 USD (may vary according to weight)

 How do I place an order online?

 

Once you are at the order form, please complete all the required fields. Double-check that the order form indicates the correct product and quantity.

Please provide the most accurate information (including telephone number if requested), so we can contact you in the event of a problem with your order. Your information is never shared or sold.

Does BMT Micro accept Purchase Orders?

 

Yes we do, with the following provisions...


  • • We require an actual Purchase Order Tracking Number, and complete billing information, including a    contact name, telephone number and email address.
  • • We also require full shipping information, including a contact name, physical street address,    state/province and postal code.
  • • Media (CDs, floppy disks, etc.) is billed at an additional cost, when software titles are to be provided in    physical form
  • • Terms are NET 30
  • • There is a minimum charge of US$250.00 for all P.O. Orders

I just placed an order. What happens next?


On behalf of all of our software publishers, we would like to first thank you for shopping with BMT Micro!


Many products are delivered instantly, directly in your browser, after a successfully completed purchase. Order receipt and product delivery emails are also sent within minutes.


Keep in mind that a number of factors, including heavy network traffic, can delay this message for up to 48 hours. If you have not received any confirmation and 48 hours have passed, please contact our customer service team.


For developer-filled products, please contact them using the email address included in your order confirmation.

 

I received a "Credit Card Denied Error" or "Data Entry Error" when ordering. What does this mean?

 

Please ensure the credit card number has been entered correctly, as well as the First Name, Last Name, Expiration Date and CVV Code. If the information is correct, and you still receive this error, please contact your credit card company or banking institution for additional details.

 

I accidentally ordered twice. How can I get a credit?

 

If you think you were double-billed, we will gladly refund the duplicate billing. Simply contact us by telephone at 1-800-414-4268 or email us at orders@bmtmicro.com

 

I was told my credit card would be credited. Why hasn't it happened yet?

 

The credit process is not instantaneous. BMT Micro submits credits within 24 hours of the request. However, it is up to the card holder's bank as to the time frame for the credit visibility.
