Getting your order processed as quickly as possibleHelp us help you get your order processed as quickly as possible! We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. It's important for you to know that you also play an integral part in the process. No matter how fast we work, we can only work with what you give us and there are certain procedures that we can suggest to help speed up your order. Inaccurate information, incomplete orders, and unreadable faxes make up at least 90% of all order fulfillment problems. Our goal is to process every order as quickly and accurately as possible and you're the first link in the chain. The following tips are designed to make the ordering process smooth, efficient, and accurate.
1. Use the online order forms. These import right into our database and do not require anyone to manually enter the information. This is the best way to assure accuracy. 2. Don't handwrite a fax and send it if possible. Of course we'd rather have your handwritten fax than no order at all, however you should know that this is the worst way to send an order because of handwriting problems, lack of clarity of some fax transmissions, and general unreliability. If you fax, type the information and if possible, call to confirm receipt. 3. Double check your credit card number. Typos are the #1 reason orders are delayed. 4. Double check the expiration date. 5. Don't use hotmail.com, mailexcite.com, yahoo.com, etc. addresses. Due to the amount of fraud coming from these anonymous email providers we assume these are bogus orders and "prove" to ourselves they aren't. Nothing personal here, and we have saved a lot of innocent people from fraudulent charges. 6. Provide accurate phone numbers. If there is something wrong (like a typo in your email address) it can be the only way we have to contact you. Please note that we never give your phone number to anyone for any reason unless it is by a court order (I have to say that, but it's never happened). 7. Don't email an ASCII order form if you can order via the web page. It's really ok - we know any order is better than no order - but it does add a layer of processing (it has to be manually typed in and printed) that can be avoided by using a method with an automated involved.
