    BMTMicro is a software distribution and order fulfillment service for professional through part time software developers. We are also a software repository where the general public can select from the extensive catalog of software written by those same developers.

    As a developer of software, your needs and expectations are different than the targeted end user. Because of this diversity, you should first visit the developers area for common questions here. If you still have questions, please contact us directly.

I am an end user. I am having all sorts of problems. Can you help me?

    Yes we can help you. If you are having trouble downloading a particular title, have questions about billing, shipping, order status and availability of software we have the answers to your questions.

    If you are having problems with a particular software title, that is not published by BMTMicro or Blueprint Software Works, then you need to contact the developer of that software.
