PMMail 2000 PMMail 2000 is a versatile email client that is available in both standard and professional versions. Both are fully equipped with all the tools you need to make your email odyssey as hassle-free as possible.
Upon downloading this program, you will need to set up your email accounts. If you already have an account set up with another email client, you can easily "migrate" all your pertinent information (i.e. contacts, folders, et cetera) to PMMail. The address manager is capable of storing in-depth contact information. You are able to set basic settings and preferences, such as font and print set up by clicking the Properties button. With PMMail it is easy to create folders and subfolders and the program provides you with several options with which you are able to sort the contents of each folder.
PMMail helps you manage all your mail in an efficient manner by filtering your messages. PMMail's built-in filter builder lets you design filters according to your specifications. With its Remote Control feature, you are able to view information about the e-mail waiting to be retrieved from the mail server. From here you can decide whether you want to download it, delete it, or forward it to another address. You can respond quickly to your emails by taking advantage of PMMail's canned message tool. Other features of this program include a key ring manager, hooks, and spellcheck. The professional version offers encrypting capabilities with the PGP (the standard program for sending secure e-mail).
PMMail encompasses all the features of a practical email client. In an attempt to avoid a long-winded review, I have only mentioned the more significant particulars of this product. I suggest you try it for yourself and see all that it can really do. Whether you are a professional dealing with hundreds of emails a day or a light user seeking an email client, PMMail's intrinsic components make it the obvious choice.
