Inventory Executive System (InExSy) is a complete system for management of sales, purchases and payments.

This system will help you create invoices, sale orders, purchase orders, receiving lists, payment receipts, product labels with barcodes and any kinds of the reports for monitoring your business. InExSy allows to control customer and vendor balances. Inventory Executive System are based on a Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases and can be used for multi-user access. InExSy calculate real-time on hand, ordered, allocated and available stock levels each time you create an orders or invoices and receive products.

What's new in the Inventory Executive System version 1.1:

1. We have reduced an amount of the forms on the desktop. All lists are shown on the main form.
2. Now you can sort the list for any field having clicked the mouse on title of field.
3. You can set an amount of figures after a decimal point for the prices and extended in the form "Your company".
4. We have added navigational buttons for convenient survey of the lists in a right lower angle.
5. We have added batch printing of any documents. You can select in the list any amount of the documents, pressing the button "Select for print" or keeping the key "Ctrl" with clicking mouse on the extreme left column of the list. Then press the button "Print selected" and you will see the preview window. For printing press button "Print".
6. And the forms "Invoice" and "Sale Order" have the checkbox "Calculate Price from Ext." for switching mode of calculate price from extention.
