DOMS is a complete practice management system, with scheduling, insurance coverage, billing, e-claims, payment posting, and reimbursement tracking/analysis. It also has an optional accounting & payroll system, fully integrated with DOMS billing and EOB posting system.

DOMS E-Claims interfaces with clearing houses including WebMD and MCS. With the optional doctor's kiosk and electronic claim filing, your claims can be completely filed before your patients even reach the parking lot!

DOMS integrated accounting system automatically registers claims, co-pays, and insurance/patient payments as they are entered in the DOMS billing system. This integration includes all the features of our ARFIN accounting system. It can support retail sales, accounts payable, purchasing, and also includes an optional payroll module.
