This program is unlike any of my other help desk programs and an upgrade is also in the works. The easy to use interface is supplemented with customizable web pages that allow users and technicians to add data to the database remotely using their web browser. This is currently Add only and does not allow for editing or deleting data via browser. Also, this program does not use an integrated HTTP Server but instead was developed to work with the free Apache HTTP Server for Windows.
