Note:

• Junk Spy does not work with mail systems such as AOL which use their own private methods to retrieve mail.
• Junk Spy does not currently support POP3 servers that require Secure Password Authentication (such as those used by MSN) or Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections.
• Junk Spy also does not work with "web-based" email systems that only allow you to view your mail via the web.
