Directory / File level Data Recovery Software for HDD's and Floppies with ability to safeguard data against accidental reformat of HDD / Floppy. A wonderful alternative to sector level data recovery software.
User can provide adequate disk space for recovered files by installing a second Hard Drive as master / slave drive on the affected computer to recover files from the reformatted Hard Disk. It is recommended that the machine be booted into WINDOWS through the second Hard Drive so that Long File Name services would be available for smooth file recovery operation.
Insists on just 2 safeguards viz., defragmenting and backing up of directories A backed up Root Directory (Root Folder) is enough to access any subdirectory on the disk drive involved.
No safeguards need to have been made previously
